What to include

Describe the affected page or service, what happened, when you noticed it, and how we can reply. If relevant, include reproduction steps or a screenshot with private information removed. For a data request, identify the relevant correspondence or service relationship and the action you are requesting.

Please do not send Amazon passwords, API secrets, authorization tokens, or copies of other people's data. Do not access or alter information belonging to other users when investigating a concern.

How we handle reports

  1. Submit. Send the concern to the relevant address above. For a security issue, describe the potential impact so we can assess it.
  2. Verify. We review the information and may ask for reasonable clarification. For a data or authorization request, we verify that you are entitled to make it. We do not need your Amazon password for this verification.
  3. Confirm and track. We acknowledge the report and use the same email thread to track questions, relevant updates, and your follow-up messages.
  4. Investigate and act. We investigate the concern and take the appropriate corrective or data-handling action. If information must be retained under applicable law or a request cannot be completed as submitted, we explain the limitation.
  5. Report the outcome. We reply with the result and any action you need to take. You can reply to the same thread with further questions or evidence.

We prioritize reports according to their impact and keep the reporting person informed as the matter is handled. Please use the existing email thread for follow-up so the relevant context stays together.

Advertising authorization and data

Our Amazon Ads API integration is in development. This website does not currently provide advertising account authorization or perform advertising API operations. When the integration becomes available, its authorization instructions will explain how to withdraw access.

You may contact us to request withdrawal of authorization, investigate possible misuse, or request deletion of associated data. We will verify the request and act within its scope, including stopping the relevant processing and deleting information no longer needed for an authorized purpose, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
